Founded in 1995, Commercial Flooring Services earned its reputation project by project under the leadership of Randy Sexton.
In 2025, the company entered its next chapter under Commercial Finish Solutions LLC, a partnership led by Grant and Courtney Petruzzelli in collaboration with Dave Triepke, CEO of Universal Metro, Inc.
The new ownership strengthens our capabilities while preserving the values, relationships, and craftsmanship our clients count on.
