As an ARDEX LevelMaster Elite Installers® (ARDEX LME), Commercial Flooring Services (CFS) is considered a highly skilled flooring professional, specially trained and certified in unique installation challenges, including subfloor preparation, moisture control, toppings, and underlayments.

Moisture Testing: Per each flooring manufacturer's requirements, we offer RH (relative humidity) moisture testing per ASTM F2170 - the industry's recommended test method for monitoring moisture conditions in concrete slabs - to ensure full warranty and installation compliance.

Moisture Mitigation: Tested, documented, and warrantied vapor control that protects every finish above it, engineered for slabs at up to 100% RH (relative humidity).

Self-Leveling & Underlayments: Flat, sound substrates that make every installation compliant with specifications, while offering longer life and improved performance.
